The person behind the work

Systems-minded. Human-first.

Hey, I'm Zane — a systems-minded designer and builder focused on creating thoughtful, high-performing, and intuitive digital experiences. I design and build for teams that care about clarity, performance, and how things actually feel to use.

Most of my work sits at the intersection of product design and frontend development — turning ideas into clean, functional interfaces that people can navigate without friction.

I spend most of my time designing and building, but the way I approach my work is shaped just as much by what I do outside of it.

What I do

  • Product Design Interfaces and flows that prioritize clarity and how things feel in use.
  • Frontend Development Turning design into fast, accessible, maintainable UI.
  • Systems Thinking Connecting patterns, constraints, and the bigger picture so the work holds together.

Outside influences

What I do outside the screen shapes how I show up at the desk.

Training

Whether on a yoga mat, the soccer field, or in the gym — training has taught me how to stay present, make quick decisions, and operate efficiently under pressure.

Stillness

Meditation has helped me slow down my thinking, creating space to act with clarity and intention.

Craft outside work

I enjoy cooking, reading, and music in the same way I approach design — paying close attention to detail, rhythm, and flow.

All of these internal and external factors shape how I live, but more importantly, how I design and build.

I think in systems.

I care about how things feel as much as how they function.

I'm always working to turn complexity into something that feels simple, clear, and flows naturally.
